Set up your email alert now

  • Setting up email alerts will prevent you from missing any properties that are advertised and that are suitable for you.
  • You will require an email address to be able to set up email alerts.  If you need assistance creating an email account please contact the Voids and Lettings Team on 0118 937 2172.
  • Once you have an email address please make us aware by emailing your details to allocations@reading.gov.uk or completing the Change of Circumstances Form once you have logged in.
  • Please make sure that the email address is showing on your personal details once you have logged in (this will not happen the same day, but will happen within 5 working days)
  • In the meantime please check the website on the same day every week to ensure that you do not miss out on any properties that we are advertising and that are suitable for you.
  • Please check all of your personal information and if anything has changed please complete the Change of Circumstances form after you have logged in.
